It's Lake Bled in Slovenia. You can see a castle beside the lake and a small island. They are the Bled Castle and the Bled Island (Blejski grad and Blejsko jezero in Slovene).

Bled is a town on Lake Bled in the Upper Carniolan region of northwestern Slovenia. According to the written source, the castle is the oldest one in Slovenia. It was first mentioned in a 22 May 1011 deed of donation issued by Emperor Henry II in favour of the Bishops of Brixen. Then located in the March of Carniola, it passed to the Austrian House of Habsburg in 1278. 

Bled Island has several buildings. the main one being the pilgrimage church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, built in its current form near the end of the 17th century. It is frequently visited and weddings are held there regularly. Here is a photo which was taken in the church.

There is a bird on the stamp. It is European bee-eater (Binomial name: Merops apiaster), breeds in southern Europe and in parts of north Africa and western Asia. It is strongly migratory, wintering in tropical Africa. They predominantly eat insects, especially bees, wasps, and hornets.
This is its sound.
