Palace and Park of Versailles is an UNESCO world heritage site in France. The painting is a view of its garden. I found a photo on the internet which resemble this painting.

Alexandre Benois was an influential Russian artist, art critic, historian, preservationist, and founding member of Mir iskusstva (World of Art), an art movement and magazine. As a designer for the Ballets Russes under Sergei Diaghilev, Benois exerted what is considered a seminal influence on the modern ballet and stage design.

The Moscow Kremlin, usually referred to as the Kremlin, is a fortified complex at the heart of Moscow, overlooking the Moskva River to the south, Saint Basil's Cathedral and Red Square to the east, and the Alexander Garden to the west. It is the best known of the kremlins (Russian citadels) and includes five palaces, four cathedrals, and the enclosing Kremlin Wall with Kremlin towers.
There are three buildings on the stamp, from left to right are Cathedral of the Archangel, Spasskaya Tower and Ivan the Great Bell Tower.
